A non tension surgical closure remains the mainstay of primary wound healing especially when tissues are co apted over hard/soft tissue , allografts , autografts & regenerative/barrier membranes, meshes . After incorporating GOLNIT PTFE sutures in my practice I have discovered that its monofilament structure with excellent knotting & handling properties minimises , wicking & inflammation in the surgical site. Patients don’t perceive the presence of sutures in the mouth. All this comes at a bargain compared to other brands , I would highly recommend GOLNIT to every Implantologist.

PTFE Sutures from Golnit are my first choice when suturing (either 4/0 and 5/0 ). Their main characteristics are the easy handling and smoothness ( does not itch tongue and lips) , the great visibility, very low capillarity and sharp needles. The tissue response is minimal and better than with any other suture i have tried what gives a superb wound healing.
